As early as twenty years ago, a tech passionate entrepreneur SK Huang (Father of Mr. Huang Huai) decided to take root at the Qarhan Playa to aid the development of the little-known lithium industry. Mr. SK Huang was certain that lithium would emerge and replace petroleum as the next energy carrier in the 21st century. To chase his vision, he visited Japan, Russia, Italy, the United States, Canada and Bolivia in search for a high magnesium-lithium ration brine as well as industry experts.
After investing much of his time and energy travelling the continents, Mr. SK Huang was able to gather a group of industry leading scientist in Siberia, Russia. Thru many eager exchanges, the scientists were moved by Mr. Huang’s passion and determination for the future of lithium; a research team was formed. Many studies were conducted over the years with the Russian scientists at the core of the research and Mr. Huang provided the funds. Together they led as many as 100 other scientists from Germany, Japan, Taiwan and mainland China from various fields to research the extraction of lithium ions from the high magnesium-lihtium ratio brine in Qinghai, China. A breakthrough was made and up to this day, the registered technology remains industry leading.
Mr. SK Huang decided to pass the baton to his son Mr. Huang Huai to further the ongoing research and aid the development of lithium as the next energy carrier. Fusion Enertech Development Co, Ltd. was found on the 9th of April, 2015 in Nanshan, Shenzhen of China. Mr. Huang Huai continues the heritage to further development the technology of lithium extraction from Salt Lake brines.
Currently at the core of the company’s research team is Dr. Alexander D. Lebotsev, he leads a team of Russian scientist studying the extraction of lithium ions from brine thru absorption. Thru years of research and development, the team was able to produce a Lithium-Ion Enrichment Material (LIEM) capable of efficiently extracting lithium-ions from various quality of natural brine.
Our team of scientists have received 57 scientific and technological achievements and technical regulations in Russia; registered 22 copyright certificates from the former Soviet Union and published more than 42 articles in various scientific journals. They were also invited to speak at more than 24 conferences from unions to the international stage. The team continues to publish reports and articles in academic journals such as the "Geography and Natural Resources" while holding 29 Russian patents and 2 international patents.
